Hence, every contract is drawn individually with each client keeping into consideration the scope of work, offer, or deal given to them. Here, mutual consent between the two parties is of paramount importance and the same govern the refund policy.

Some services may not have a refund at all, we make clients understand the reasons for same. This is communicated & mentioned in the contract drawn with the clients.

You irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located at Gurgaon in the state of Haryana, India.
